I teach my students using techniques from the Northwest Institute of Voice. A typical lesson plan will include personalized exercises and training while we learn musical pieces of the student's choice (with suggestions and approval to ensure the student's success). I love expanding students' horizons as they explore genres they love and venture into new ones.

Perfect! Morgan was very patient, encouraging, and kind towards me as a beginner student. She was immediately able to point out areas of my voice that needed development and taught me exercises to strengthen those weaknesses. She does practice what she preaches and I have been blessed to have her expertise guide me. Because of her academic background, she does have access to certain resources that were also unexpected added benefits. My most fond memory is of her taking me to the woods and telling me to yell (she was teaching me about projection.) I have a lot to learn, but I am looking forward to improving :D

Morgan is amazing at explaining vocal pedagogy in a way that is both approachable and effective. Made me feel very comfortable to try new things & has helped unlocked my voice, especially in my upper range. I've learned something new each time I've worked with her. Highly recommended!
