About
I’m a hands-on construction tradesman from Guernsey with over 10 years of experience working across swimming pool construction, groundwork, paving, tiling, concrete, blockwork and refurbishments. I’ve spent my career working on real projects and solving practical problems on site, so I understand that construction is often very different from what you see in a textbook. I’m approachable, patient and happy to explain things in a simple, straightforward way. My aim is to share the practical knowledge I’ve built up over the years and help others become more confident with their own projects and trade skills.

I have over 10 years of hands-on experience working in swimming pools, groundwork, paving, tiling, concrete, blockwork, refurbishments and general construction. I can help you understand material calculations, job planning, setting out, construction methods and practical problems you may come across on a project. Whether you're an apprentice, learning a trade, starting a DIY project or simply need a second opinion from someone with hands-on experience, I aim to give clear, straightforward and practical guidance.
