About Susma

I am Susma Kumari Saroj, an experienced Hindi teacher with more than eight years of teaching experience in school education. I enjoy teaching because I believe knowledge grows when it is shared with care and clarity. My goal is to help students overcome fear of Hindi, understand concepts deeply, and express themselves confidently through language. I focus on building strong fundamentals, patience, and consistent improvement so that students achieve both academic success and self-confidence.

About the lesson

My teaching method is different because I first understand the student’s level, fear, and learning gaps. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Instead of pressure, I build confidence through clear explanations, simple examples, regular encouragement, and consistent practice. My aim is to make Hindi easy, enjoyable, and stress-free while helping students improve naturally and perform better in exams.
