About Savi
Hi, I’m a Year 13 student studying Maths, Biology, and Chemistry at A level, predicted A*A*A, and hoping to study Medicine at university. I really enjoy tutoring maths because I love helping others understand new ideas and feel more confident in their abilities. I think it’s especially helpful to be tutored by someone close in age — I’ve recently gone through the same exams and know how to prepare effectively. I was actually inspired to start tutoring by my own GCSE Spanish tutor, who was only a few years older and made learning feel approachable and motivating. I aim to bring that same supportive, understanding approach to my lessons.

I offer personalised maths lessons for students from Year 6 to Year 12, covering 11+, KS3, GCSE and AS Level. Each session is typically 1 hour long, focused on building a solid understanding of key concepts, improving problem-solving skills, and developing effective exam techniques. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs — breaking down tricky topics into clear steps, using examples and past paper questions to boost confidence and accuracy. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths, an A in the Free Standing Maths Qualification (Level 3), and am predicted an A* in A Level Maths. I also have experience tutoring maths, helping students improve both their confidence and results.
