About Ana

I have a degree in Spanish Literature and teaching experience in formal education (elementary and high school), specializing in literature. I also hold a Master’s in teaching Spanish as a foreign and second language (ELE/EL2). I've spent 2 years teaching and creating materials for applied linguistics. I am an active, organized, and punctual person with a passion for teaching my native language.

About the lesson

I think language learning ought to be fun and engaging. In my lessons, we tackle the language using topics students actually care about, helping them build every communication skill: listening, writing, speaking, and reading.

I teach Spanish based on the Instituto Cervantes Curriculum Plan (PCIC) and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). I design and tailor learning materials to build communicative, pragmatic, and linguistic skills using task-based learning and cognitive grammar.

I offer this teaching method in my classes, so students don't feel pressured. Classes are tailored to each student's needs.
