About Sanya
Hi, I’m Sanya, and I provide personalized online academic support for primary-school students, particularly those following the Australian curriculum.
I currently teach Australian students online and work primarily across English, Math and Science, with a particular focus on reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, problem-solving and building strong mathematical concepts. I also support students with NAPLAN-style practice and schoolwork.
I have an MBA in Finance & Food Agri Business Management and a B.Tech in Food Technology, along with over 5 years of professional experience in category management, e-commerce and business roles. My professional background has made me very structured and analytical, which I bring into my teaching as well.

My Tutoring Approach
I believe children learn best when they understand why something works rather than simply memorizing an answer.
My lessons are therefore interactive and personalized to the child's level. I first identify areas where the student is comfortable and areas where they need additional support, and then structure lessons accordingly.
A typical lesson may include:
A short revision of previous concepts
Introduction of a new concept using simple examples
Guided practice
Interactive activities or problem-solving
Reading, writing or spelling practice where relevant
A short recap or practice task to reinforce learning
I use worksheets, visual explanations, examples, practice questions and interactive activities depending on the student's learning style.
