About Erica

I have been in the health and fitness industry for 20 years. I have a BS in Health Sciences, two personal training certifications, I am a post rehab specialist, a performance enhancement specialist, certified aqua fitness instructor and multiple other certifications upon request. I perform a complete health and fitness assessment, which lets me know exactly how to design the best personalized workout program to get my clients to their goals.

I don't consider it work, I consider it a blessing and passion to be able to change peoples lives. Not just physically (when we witness the progress and results at the reassessment) but mentally-more self confidence, positivity and self love.

I have always had a passion for fitness and started by teaching aqua fitness classes in Northern Michigan

I conduct a thorough health/fitness assessment at our first session. By doing this I’m able to know the best training direction to take with a client, giving them the most effective ways to reach their goals.

Youngest client was 10yrs and oldest was 100.

For a Clients that come to me, I charge $60 per session in packages of eight or 12. If I drive to the client, a travel fee does apply depending on the distance.
