As a tutor, I believe that understanding comes before memorization. My teaching approach combines conceptual clarity, visual learning, and step-by-step problem solving, ensuring that students don’t just get the right answers—but understand why they’re right.
A typical session begins with a quick review of previous content and common pitfalls. Then we dive into the day’s topic, starting from first principles and gradually working up to challenging problems. I adapt the pace and structure of each lesson based on how the student is feeling that day—whether they need review, challenge, or confidence-building.
What sets me apart is my engineering background and the ability to connect abstract math concepts to real-world applications, making learning more intuitive and motivating. I’m also deeply committed to student success—I prepare custom notes, practice problems, and even follow up with tips between lessons.
