About Benjamin
I am the deputy head of Maths at Tonbridge School.
My area of expertise: Maths, Further Maths and University entry Maths qualifications.
I am a full-time teacher holding a PGCE, NQT and a Master degree from the University of Cambridge. I have always been passionate about teaching and this is reflected in my teaching style as well as how I approach the student/tutor relationship.
I teach all level of Mathematics, from GCSE to A-Level Further Mathematics on any board with any module, I have taught Edexcel for 8 years and I now teach MEI for A-Level. I also help with Oxbridge and Imperial interviews as well as the entrance examination tests (TSA, PAT, MAT and STEP).
I have done tutoring both online and in person but given my family situation, I only teach online now.

My son fell behind at school due to being ill, subsequently missing almost 6 months of school. Ben, as Private Tutor, has helped not only to bring him up to date and speed in Maths but to actually restore his confidence and enthusiasm for Maths and study as a whole. My son has just had an Interview for Cambridge University - something that wouldn't have crossed our minds less than a few months ago. I don't think this would have happened without Ben's tutoring.
