About Sophia
I love watching the lightbulb moments. The moment everything clicks in a scene or a monologue. That's when everything changes for a student. I've been acting for almost 20 years now, studying the classics in depth while I was getting two masters degrees. I've dedicated my life to providing education for other actors.

I like to have them come in with two memorized monologues. First, I take a little bit of time getting to know them, asking what experience in acting they've had, how comfortable they feel. Then we go through the monologues, just so I can see where we are and what we need to work on together.
