About Lazar
My service stands out since I can easily relate to students in need since I am a high schooler myself. I am also quite familiar with a myriad of issues throughout many different classes since I had to overcome those exact obstacles much more recently than perhaps older tutors. And for younger students in elementary school, I am also a perfect fit since I have a sibling myself who I mentored through elementary school and am experienced in every subject.
I enjoy teaching and helping out mainly because of the satisfaction I get to witness when a student grasps a concept that they have been struggling with, since I have had that same exact feeling many times, and understand the happiness evoked when a new obstacle that seems intimiditating is overcome.
I am a sophomore in high school, and have been taking advanced courses throughout elementary, middle, and high school, so I am familiar in basic courses as well as honors and ap classes.

I tend to begin with some ice breakers, especially if they are younger to develop a form of trust. Then, I ask them if they would want to start at a certain lesson from a course or to follow a structured lesson plan that I would have designed, since they might want a full course rundown or help with a specific concept.
