About Mackenzie
I'm a scientist and a research, hoping to attend medical school to become a pediatrician in the future! I grew up in Kentucky before moving abroad when I was a teenager. I went to American University where I studied biochemistry. During my time in college I served as a teaching assistant, a supplemental instructor, and a tutor in a variety of college-level science courses, earning years of teaching and tutoring experience. I earned a 3.9/4.0 GPA and then went on to win a prestigious Fulbright scholarship award after graduating college.
I regularly volunteer as a tutor for under-served families and am excited to start working with clients as well!
I completed Calculus I and Calculus II in university, earning As in both courses.
I graduated university with a B.S. in biochemistry with a 3.9/4.0 GPA. I also have extensive STEM research experience.
