About Janay
My goal is to deliver a specific to the students needs package to the clients. I want to ensure student growth and one way of doing so is to have a study plan specific to each student. Alot of us may learn things the same way but others may need a different approach to comprehend.
So this may sound weird but I really love spreading knowledge. I love to share what I have learned with others so that they too now have that knowledge, and vice versa, I am always up for a lesson.
Completion of College Algebra I & II, and Pre-Calculus at Lone Star College with grade average of B or better in all courses. Currently working at a corporate office as a team lead in the billing department. Also, I have 17 months of experience tutoring with kids aging from 6 to 14.

I usually start with getting to know the student, this helps to catch ideas of ways to correlate learning with the students personal life. Next I would observe the students learning pace and habits if any. I would then use those observations as a starting point to later show progress.
