About Ernesto
I'm a former MLB player and I played professionally for 18 years, in all that time I learned the correct techniques to be successful in baseball. I love to teach and share all the experience that I obtained during my career
What motivated me to teach was to see many children who did not have a good idea of the basics of baseball, I started with the son of a friend as my first client and after several sessions my friend noticed the development in his son and started to recommend other clients

During the first lesson, I evaluate the student to get a better idea of what would be the appropriate development plan for him.
currently I work with children from 7 years or more
Students must make sure that the person who is going to train them knows and has experience about what they are going to teach, because bad training leads to creating bad habits and then it will be difficult to correct them

Perfect! Ernie is an incredible pitching coach; focused and with individualized plans yielding demonstrated results. The sessions are developed meticulously that allows younger players to build proper foundational techniques for future advancement.

Ernesto Frieri is a top notch pitching instructor. Not only did he have a successful 8 year MLB career but he is naturally gifted with children. He builds confidence using positive reinforcement. I would recommend Ernesto to any parents looking to take their son to the next level.
Very detailed instruction, my son has only had about 8 lessons and is doing very well mechanically . This is the real deal and I’m looking forward to ver many more lessons . Always on time and very positive and patient . 5 stars across the board !
