About Kaleb
Private lessons can be done by in person 1on1 training, or virtual through zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.
Lessons come with video breakdown of swing analysis and defensive tips if needed. Workout plans for individual athletes will be provided. "Homework" will be provided as well, so the athlete is constantly working on their craft.
The lessons will be 100% catered to each individual athlete. We will be working on the physical side of the game, as well as mental.
What I enjoy most about the instructor side of baseball/softball is simply molding young athletes to elevate their abilities in a variety of different ways. From physical ability, cognitive functionality, as well as the mental approach to the game. It translates so well into how a person tackles everyday challenges.
