About Constance
I am passionate about training and developing people and observing their growth and development through a collaborative teaching method which includes having fun as we learn together. I have done training and development at the organizational level training all levels of staff in the areas of Human Resources Management, Management and Leadership and Organizational Leadership for over 30 years. I have taught Labor Economics and Human Resources Development and business courses as an Adjunct Professor with excellent pass rates; built great student/professor relationships and received excellent reviews for my teaching skills and abilities. I have a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Management; a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and Doctorate in Education along with having completed numerous courses in Human Resources Management, Management and Leadership and Organizational Leadership, over the years.

I begin by having a conversation with the student(s) to get to know them and what their expectations are from the course and from myself as the tutor. I explain my teaching style which is collaborative and participative and the areas we will be covering over the time frame. I also explain my expectations of them which includes collaboration, participation and completing course assignments in a timely manner. I explain the importance of mutual respect and courtesy.
