About Oybek
- Finished my bachelors degree of Biology and minor in Chemistry. I had realized how intecorrleated these two courses are, which is why knowing bits of each is essential in teaching process. Instead of using tradition approach of teaching Biology and Chemistry solely, I tend use little bit of both for better comprehension. In addition over the time of my teaching, I had realized how different each students weekneses were. Hence I began approaching each student differently and creating tailored schedules and assignemnts for each.
Enjoy collaborating with people and working based on their weaknesses and strengths! I personally struggled with Chemistry and Biology at some point of my studies, until I had reached out to the right people and found better methods. Thus I know where most of us struggle and glad to help, the same way I was helped.
