About Blanca
I have been teaching dance professionally for over 18 years. I currently own a franchised latin ladies dance company that specializes in dances such as salsa, cha cha, bachata, and hip hop. I am available for group classes, corporate events, wedding and quincenera choreographies, as well as private lessons. My goal is to help my students gain confidence in themselves through dance and have fun while doing it!

It feels great to see the progression in each student. They often come in feeling shy and closed up and by the end of the first hour they have opened up and are trusting me to bring them to that next level. Within a few classes they stand a bit taller, move a little better and feel more confident about themselves. That is what it is all about.
I have danced ever since I could walk and have always had a passion for teaching dance. I taught my first choreography at the age of 8, and taught a class of 5th graders an entire choreography for a school talent show. Since then I have been teaching and performing at all levels to anyone and everyone that was interested. This is my true passion and I love what I do!
In the past 18 years I have performed and trained with top instructors across the US and Puerto Rico. I have learned what works best for different levels and am confident in my training.

I have taught a whole grade level an entire showcase for a school function. I have been hired to teach dance companies via video from other states across the US. I currently direct 7 cities throughout the US that come together and perform at major dance events across the US. Recently, I started a kids dance team that are quickly progressing and will be stage ready within a few months. I train any level from beginners to advance.
Do your research! Don’t pick the first name you find in Google. Ask around. Look them up on YouTube. Watch them dance the genre you are interested in learning. Referrals are great as well.
A few years ago I was asked to start a dance franchise, where I would send a certain choreography to many cities and then they would come together at major events to perform. I wasn’t sure how it would come together but seeing over 25 ladies from all over unite as one on the same stage, sharing the same passion and love for Dance... it was just an amazing thing to see and 2 years later we are still doing it!

I love all the aspects of working with Con Sabor Dance Company. Blanca Flores is the CEO of Con Sabor Dance Company. She has many years of experience in choreographing dance routines in a variety of Latin genres and fusing dance styles together. She is an AMAZING dancer, dance instructor, has a passion for dance and a beautiful person inside and out! Blanca is talented, patient, understanding, motivating, does an excellent job at guiding her students to learn to their potential and encourages them to also challenge themselves to achieve dance skills they never thought possible. I personally have been on four seasons with her dance company, currently on my fifth season, as part of her dance team. Blanca is a wonderful dancer, instructor and friend! I love the fact that this team is open to anyone who wants to learn and expand their skill and knowledge, no matter size, age or dance level.
