About Patti
Patti Punzi - Artistic Director
Patti is a native Wisconsinite and has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in dance from UW-Stevens Point with a theater specialization. She also has a Masters in Education from Pacific Lutheran University.
Patti spent over 25 years performing, teaching, directing, and choreographing for numerous educational institutions from middle school through collegiate levels as well as community and children's theaters.
Her theater and dance students have ranged in ages from two to 80+
She was a public school teacher for 10 years (speech, drama, language arts, and history).
Patti ran an a junior high school drama program for three years and was responsible for all aspects of production.
Wisconsin Theater Arts is on a mission to provide quality education in the theater arts including acting, musical theater, musical theater dance, and technical theater. Our vision is to make the world a better place using theater arts to inspire creativity, generosity, and connection.

Patience and observation. It's all about learning where the student is in their theater arts journey and move forward from there. I take it one day/lesson at a time.
As my students have learned and teach other students: "Mrs. Punzi doesn't do mediocre. She expects us all to work hard and do our best." It doesn't matter what age my students are, I strive for every student to reach higher than they even thought they could.
