About Rebeka
Hi there! I am adaptable and pay attention to a student's learning style. I am able to quickly get to know a person, recognize how they comprehend their studies, and work with that knowledge to present the curriculem in a way that will be received best by the student - as opposed to following a specific formula that "should fit all." I believe it is extremely important to see a student as an individual to successfully have them grasp the material being taught.
I geniunely enjoy seeing a student have that "click" moment. Nothing is more rewarding than knowing you were able to help somone understand something that was once considered completely foreign. I have been a tutor amongst my peers throughout highschool and college (UC Berkeley) as well as an academic tutor for the last ten years of my life, and this thrill has never left me.
