About Christopher
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and precision nutrition level 1 certified nutritionist. Experienced in strength training, weight loss, fat loss, muscle building, group fitness, youth athletics and nutrition.
I absolutely love what I do! I change people’s lives by helping them live happy and healthier. Exercise and good nutrition are keys to happiness. My goal as a trainer and nutritionist are to help you get to where you want to be with exercise and helping you have a better relationship with food. Everyone has goals in life and if yours is losing weight, muscle building or just to get in shape allow me to assist you in reaching that goal.

I have been active since high school always enjoyed working out and exercising. People always would ask me questions about exercise and nutrition so I decided to become certified so I can assist people in their fitness journey. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone live a happier and healthier life.
I am personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a certified nutritionist.

I start with finding out what their fitness goals are short term and long term. Than I give a short assessment to assess fitness level and program design.
I work with and have worked with all different age groups ranging all the way from 9-75 yeas of age.

No hesitation in recommending Chris Mardrosian as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He makes sessions fun and challenging at the same time. He is extremely reliable and punctual, always set up and ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. Touch base all muscle groups. They are always different which makes it exciting. I aim to continue training with this great professional.
I really liked the class. Chris is very knowledgeable trainer and he knows what he’s doing. He will give you the best advice about how to keep up with your workouts. Over all I truly recommend him because he’s just being honest about what he’s saying.

OMG what can I say about Chris. He has trained me for a year now and because of him, My back and knee feel so much better. He has made me stronger. He is kind, personable and so knowledgeable. I don't think he deserves 5 stars, but 10 stars He is the absolute best.
