About Kevin
The lessons learned through USSD's curriculum focus on critical thinking, not just repetition. The techniques we use are designed as adaptable templates, which means they can be modified for every body type, age, and fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after time off, or working through physical or cognitive challenges, there’s a place for you here.
I've trained in martial arts my entire life, and now I get to do what I love most — teach and share it with others. What drives me is that moment when the lights come on for a student — when something clicks, and they realize they're capable of more than they thought.
I left a desk job to do this full-time because I believe martial arts should be accessible to everyone. We welcome students from all backgrounds, including those with special needs, and create a supportive space where real progress happens.
