About James
James Earl Harvey, a native of Fayetteville, NC (Douglas Byrd High School), earned the nickname “Air” for the dynamic aerial assault he displayed on the NCCU gridiron from 1985-88. While a four year starter at North Carolina Central the NCAA, CIAA and NCCU had to re-write the record books!
Coach Harvey was a team MVP, a four-time First-Team All-CIAA selection and a two-time conference offensive player of the year award winner. While earning All American status Coach Harvey set NCCU, CIAA and NCAA Division II records for career passing yards (11,000), career total offense (10,671) and career touchdown passes (86). He also set NCAA Division II records for total offense (3,008) and passing yards (3,190) by a freshman, as well as most touchdown passes in a game by a freshman (6 vs. Johnson C. Smith, Nov. 9, 1985).
In addition he set NCCU and CIAA single-game records for pass completions (33 vs. Johnson C. Smith, Nov. 9, 1985), passing yards (550 vs. Jackson State, Aug. 30, 1986) and total offense (536 vs. Jackson State, Aug. 30, 1986).
He also showcased his talents on the national scene playing in two games on B.E.T. His performed so well, that he garnered the B.E.T Live Player Of Game Award both times.
Coach Harvey and his accomplishments were also featured in Jet Magazine numerous times throughout his career recognizing him as "THE JET PLAYER OF THE WEEK." Recognized as one North Carolina Centrals 100 "GREATEST ATHLETES" Coach Harvey went on to enjoy an extensive playing and coaching career!!!

It challenged me to make myself better
Coach harvey has helped me get faster and more agile with my feet not only does this help with football but it has helped tremendously with baskettball
Great coach, works great on individual level.
Coach Harvey and level up football will help you drastically change you your game for the better. One on one lessons where all attention is on you and only you for the hour or more you have. Coach Harvey will give you a workout to remember, he will make slight fundamental undjustments that show drastic improve in the athletes respected position.
Coach Harvey does a great job explaining things to my child and encouraging him to do his best. He has a great rapport and that goes a long way working with youth.

Level up Football helped me in a tremendous way. I now have a better understanding of my position and my statistics this season have excelled outstandingly from only having 4 sessions with Coach Harvey.
Great drills, motivation to push harder was there and that is key, also he had a high level of knowledge for what specific thing will help your postion!!
My game was enhanced tremendously and the life lessons that were taught as well.
