About Bryan
I offer the 1st lesson free to all new students.
I give the student the ability to learn at there own pace and choose there own goals in a fun and welcoming musical environment.
I've been teaching for over 25yrs and I am a full time musician.
Being a full time musician gives me the ability to teach students to cominicate with other musicians in a full band scenario, small group or duo performance.
I also have the ability to show students how to perform live for audiences in a solo, duo or group situation. Even if you just want to just jam with some friends at the beach.
I offer group classes in a spacious social distance manner for Guitar, bass, ukulele, Drumset and percussion.
My 1st student came to me because of seeing me play with a local band. His friends then started wanting to take lessons and that's where it started.
I then was selected by Neil Garthly of the Academy of Drums to teach at his private school. I initially started teaching only Drumset, percussion and hand percussion until Neil wanted to start teaching guitar at the school and he had asked me to head the program.
Jay Sweet of Sweet Music Academy contacted me to teach guitar, bass, drums and percussion, full band classes, group classes and ukulele group classes.
I've collaborated in a top selling Warner Bro's. Publication "Turn it Up & Lay it Down Vol 1" which was a book highly used at Berkeley school of music..
I have studied with well named Drumset authors and clinicians. Joe Bergamini, Dom Famularo, john Riley to name a few.

I've studied guitar and bass with several string instructors Thomas Garafolo, Jay Sweet, Franky Cicala to name a few.
I've been teaching guitar, Bass and ukulele at private schools around New Jersey for the past 15yrs.
I teach ukulele and guitar group classes on the beach for manasquan music.

I work on understanding the parts of the instrument, the sounds of the instrument and getting comfortable holding the instrument sitting down or standing.
I then start into playing a few chords and get them to play songs in the very first lesson with audio versions of the songs from slow to fast.
I've worked with special needs students such as children with autism, Downs syndrome, Williams syndrome, ADD, AD/HD. I've worked with students from beginner to intermediate to students auditioning for college and college students.

Perfect! Bryan is patient and encouraging. I have quite a few problems with feeling in my hand. Bryan and I are working through through this. Most instructors would have lost patience quite some time ago. Bryan is one of the good guys in music.

Perfect! I have been getting guitar lessons with Bryan for over two years. As a forty something year old, who can be very stuck in his ways, Bryan has been abundantly patient with my slow learning process. He is thoroughly knowledgable of the guitar, adapts to my learning curve, finds real life examples that helps move me along in the right direction. Perfect! I have been working with BJB for almost two years, and it has been a great experience! I started playing harmonica from scratch, and Bryan has fully helped me learn to read music, technique and play songs. My confidence has grown a lot with Bryan's patience and methods. He has a great video setup, even for a remote learner like me. It has been fantastic so far and hope to continue as long as possible. A+++++!

My daughter understands the way he explains things perfectly. He is super patient with her and encourages her to push herself. She has been taking lessons from him for a couple years now and she blows me away with how much she has learned. We are both super happy with our BJB experience
He lets you go at your own speed.
But he challenges you constantly. I enjoy taking his classBeyond knowledgeable about so many instruments. Professional and all around great teacher!!!
