Krav Maga teaches real world self defense and doesn’t waste time learning how to break boards like other martial arts - (I don’t think he’ll ever be attacked by a tree). I love watching him progress and learn new self defense techniques at Performance Krav Maga.

I have been at Performance Krav Maga for 3 years now. When I first arrived I immediately felt welcomed. I found the workouts to be challenging and the techniques that I was learning were in line and a great addition to my prior martial arts experience.
