About Carrie
Greetings! My name is Carrie York and I am a Life Coach/Life Skills Instructor in the Indianapolis, IN area. I have a passion for motivating and empowering women to overcome any challenge they face!! I have over 18 years experience in the social services field, inspiring women to succeed in the face of various challenges including: Relationship Issues, Financial Issues, Parenting Difficulties, Self Esteem Issues, Employment Issues, Difficulties maintaining a clean/safe home, Lack of organization skills and Difficulties completing basic daily living skills.
Whatever challenge you face, my goal is to support you and work along side you to assist you in “digging deep” to obtain the physical and/emotional skills necessary to reach long term success and stability. Come on sis, we got this!! Afterall, the only way to move a mountain is by lifting one stone at a time!!
I have 20 years experience in the social services field working with a diverse population. Regarding education, I have a Bachlors Degree in Social Work as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am also certified in Trauma Informed Care, working specifically with individuals that have sustained childhood and/or adult trauma.

Currently, I charge $50/hour for Life Coaching/Life Skills sessions. I also offer pricing for Crisis Response sessions (services offered between 9pm and 8am $70/hr ).
