About Kimberly
Hello! I am passionate on the positive influence that yoga can have on one's overall health and wellness.
I have studied advanced nutrition and recreational therapies while also holding a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and minor in Bio-Medical Science along with my RYT200hr license.
I view wellness through an overall holistic approach and love working with others to help improve their quality of life. I offer private yoga sessions and group classes.
I enjoy working with a range of ages from infant to elderly. I have experience working one on one with injuries, health conditions, and also offer wellness coaching.
I love helping people reach their full potential to overall great health.
