Our fourteen year old daughter Allie has been with Master Chris Adamson at NTA Frisco since she began Taekwondo almost five years ago and earned her black belt last summer. Allie loves everything about NTA. Master Chris has led her to numerous national and state championships in Olympic sparring, forms, and other events but more importantly, he consistently reinforces the things we as parents want for our child, the things that are embodied in the five tenets of Taekwondo - Courtesy, Perseverance, Integrity, Indomitable Spirit, and Self-control. It seems like there are Taekwondo schools everywhere and we pass numerous ones on our way to NTA Frisco. But we have never once thought of changing. We couldn't have made a better choice for Allie both in terms of her technical training and in helping her become the wonderful young lady we want her to be. We couldn't recommend Master Chris and his entire staff more highly.

Master Chris is one of the most wonderful and respectable instructors I have ever had. He is friendly, compassionate, and very trustworthy. When my other instructor closed his doors back in 2016, Master Chris welcomed me with opened arms. Since then, I have developed new skills and learned new techniques that have helped me improve in the sport of Taekwondo. Taking Taekwondo from Master Chris is worth the drive.

We met Master Chris Adamson before he opened this location, and now drive 30 minutes (each way) so our family can train with him. The NTA staff is very welcoming, and encourages the kids to do their best, not only in Taekwondo, but in our community.

There is a reason I drive 45 mins to train under Master Chris's instruction several times a week: House of Dragons is the best Taekwondo school I've attended. His adult classes are encouragingly challenging, focusing pretty equally in both practical self-defense as well as technical form & sport. Most importantly of all though, Master Chris knows how to teach. He's very attentive as he introduces a new technique or drill, quickly assisting anyone who is having difficulty mimicking (me being guilty of this more this once!) by personally breaking each movement down piece by piece alongside you, explaining in a way that clicks with how you best learn. As a female in the DFW area, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for themselves (or a loved one) to learn self-defense or build discipline with an invigorating martial art.

My son has been attending this school for 2.5 years and we absolutely love it! Master Chris and his staff are incredible instructors and genuinely care about every student and enhancing both their abilities and character. My son competes on the Competitive Team and both the students and the families are like a team. We would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in taekwondo. Thank you Master Chris!
