I have been an active member of the school for over a decade. Master Sifu Hutchings has a fantastic background in combative arts, as well as experience defending himself against assailants in hand-to-hand combat. Students learn techniques with the aim of disabling or dispatching threats with efficiency. This is not a sport school; it is an opportunity to acquire self-defense knowledge for legitimate, possibly life-or-death threats. The school is welcoming to all who wish to learn, and is very supportive of the LGBTQA2S+ community.
