15 years of Engineering, Business, and Development experiance from Pratt and Whitney and General Electric.
I enjoy coaching students to be as effective and successful as possible.

Make sure that the teacher is adaptable to the student's needs and learning style. Every student is different in their learning styles thus the teacher needs to cater.
My friends and family took a nice trip to the Poconos for a week. Hiking, camp-fires, cooking, and just a nice place to get away to.

Jake not only has a deep understanding of math, he has the ability to communicate in simple and understandable terms. He takes the mystery out of math.
Jake is amazingly patient and very clear in his explanations as to how to solve problems. He guides you through how to think step by step to approach a math problem & provides encouragement and support so that you develop a sense of confidence & competence! . I have worked with numerous tutors in the past & I find Jake to be incredibly patient & very thorough. He goes at the pace that the student is ready for. He has the ability to make learning math fun and interesting which sets him apart from others! I highly recommend him without reservation!
Having had less than acceptable results with previous tutors, I found that within a short period of time that I've had Jake as my tutor he has been able to quickly absorb my learning needs and style and adjust his teaching method to help me understand and apply the material in ways that were not available to me.
