About Sammantha
I'm extremely enthusiastic about math because I love the subject itself! I also get along easy with all ages.
I used to struggle with math as a child but fell in love with the subject in college. I was too shy to ask for help as a child, so I'd love to tutor people at a younger age so they don't have the same experience as I did. I want students to have a positive experience with math.
I have a positive approach to teaching - I'm encouraging and optimistic! I will talk with children, instead of talking down on them. I will try my best to help children understand each step!
I'm currently pursuing my undergraduate degree at University of California, Berkeley. I was interested in minoring in Mathematics so I took several basic math classes at the college level, receiving a B or higher in each course.
