About Tanya
Personalized and affective tutoring that helps any student comprehend and learn to love the material themselves
I got started in teaching because I love to learn, and I have alwayed enjoyed helping my classmates understand the material they were struggling with. Once I saw how much I helped those around me with the way I teach, I decided that this is the best path for me.
I have been a professional tutor for 7 years working with a wide-range of skill levels (from 2nd grade to college level), across multiple subjects (Math, Science, English, Humanities) with students of all learning abilities.

Tanya helped me study for my CSET exams. I took it 3 times previously and could not pass them. With her help I was able to pass on the next go within 3 weeks of starting studying. She's really good at helping organize and make study plans so it made me well less confused about what I was supposed to be doing. I really recommend her, if not for the way she explains materials so well but she's a great help if you just talk to her one time about your goals. She helps plan everything out so nicely and she's the best tutor I have had by far!
I was struggling so much in Algebra so I got a tutor. My grade went up from a 76% to a 93% by the end of the semester with just a few sessions with Tanya! She really helped me so much and I actually like my math class now. Can't recommend her enough
