About Jeremy
I graduated with a Mathematics degree in 2021 and then completed my Masters in Teaching the following year. I am licensed to teacher Mathematics grade 5-12, but I also have additional experience tutoring different subjects and age levels. I have about 5+ years in tutoring and also have about 2 years experience working with students who have special needs. My favorite part about tutoring is seeing individuals develop confidence in themselves and also the moment they realize that they do have the potential to learn. I first get to know the individual I will be tutoring to gain a sense of trust, while also showing them that I’m there to support them during the whole learning progress. Once that bond is developed, the potential to learn is endless. My number one goal is to make sure that tutoring is not stressful, but instead a place where students are comfortable and eager to gain knowledge.
