About Melissa
Primordial Sound Meditation is a personalized meditation technique. My training/certification comes from the DeePak Chopra center. In Primordial Sound Meditation each student receives a personal mantra based on their own personal place of birth, time of birth and date of birth. Each student is encouraged to mediate 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the early afternoon to receive the greatest personal benefit from meditation. The benefits from meditation have been scientifically proven to reduce stress, inflamation, high blood pressure, increase healthy hormone levels and so much more. Spiritually meditation allows us to reconnect with our mind, body and soul. Personal perceptions shift and we are able to reconnect with our true selves. Meditation opens a door of endless healing and pure potentiality! The course consists of three lessons (approx. five hours of instruction) The cost of the course is $100.00.
