About Anna
I played competitive softball for 18 years including the collegiate level. I love to work with teams to improve every aspect of the sport. With my background in weightlifting and nutrition, I have helped softball and football teams alike thrive both on and off the field. My specialty is infield, but I have experience in every position, and coach different hitting styles as well. I have full confidence that I can take any athlete to the next level.
I LOVE seeing an athlete improve. Seeing the moment where something they couldn’t do the day or week or month before becomes one of their strengths is a fantastic experience.

I typically like to start by letting the athlete do a couple reps without any instruction so that I can observe. I then build a solid foundation starting with the basics. I always work technique, technique, technique before building upon that skill.
