About Jesse
JLAFit Athletics is a sports performance gym for athletes that provides strength and conditioning small group training classes. Our promise is to help our clients be the fittest husband, wife, son, daughter, friend or executive that they can be. We strive to create a welcoming community for athletes in all walks of life, from those looking for sports training to others who want a workout family for performance accountability. The JLAFit Athletics difference helps you train like an athlete and experience visible results.
We specialize in sports training for all levels of athletes (professional, collegiate, high school, youth and amateur) who are committed to investing in and improving their performance in their sport. Whether it’s football, baseball, golf, soccer, hockey, tennis or long-distance running, strength and conditioning is vital for high performance.
Our gym is located in Frisco, Texas. We have clients that travel from all over North Texas and the Dallas area.

At JLAFit Athletics, we offer multiple membership tiers for our local workout classes. Whether you want to pay per class or commit to a weekly membership fee for athletic training, we have affordable options for you. Our dedicated members get access to all of our classes offered every day, focusing on strength and conditioning and sports training. We are located in Frisco, Texas. JLAFit Athletics is centrally located to clients living in Denton and Collin counties.
We work on a four-week progressive cycle, and we recommend six workouts a week.
