About Meredith
Coach Meredith builds better athletes by creating successful training plans for those of all ages and abilities who are dedicated to improving their performance. With an emphasis on finding a customized solution for every individual, my purpose is to forge faster, stronger, more efficient running and multi-sport athletes in effective and fun training environments.
With knowledge garnered from years of trial, error, injury and success in the gym and on the road, as well as USATF Level I, Cross Country and ACSM Personal Trainer certifications, I use elements of multiple theories to build robust training plans for each individual athlete based on their specific needs. Often there is a special focus on reducing injury risk while reaching maximum potential. Qualified guidance accompanies every athlete's goal based, but adjustable, schedule.
I started at the student fitness center during my time at University of Delaware. I found it enjoyable then while working for the Navy as a civilian discovered more intense programs that I really enjoyed sharing with people. Seeing them progress and hit goals is extremely rewarding.
I am a USA Track and Field Level 2 Endurance coach as well as an American College of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer.

All clients begin with a gait anaylsis. The next steps vary based on the results of that analysis from spending time focusing on form and injury prevention through strength work to kicking off a marathon training plan.
I have clients ranging from 13 to 70, male and female, working professionals and retirees with goals ranging from completing a first 5k to qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
