About Rhonda
As a Registered Nurse with over 22 years of nursing experience and with 14 years of my nursing career being in nursing education, I know the challenges that nursing students face. I have a wide range of nursing education experience in the following areas: Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical/Surgical Nursing, and Critical Care. As a Nurse Educator, I want to share my knowledge with nursing students as a mentor/tutor to help guide them through nursing school.

I began my nursing career as a clinical instructor. From there I became a nursing instructor.
I have an Associate’s, Bachlor’s and Master’s Degree in Nursing. I have over 22 years of experience with 14 of those years being in nursing education.

Best tutor that I have ever had. Our sessions would go by so fast because I was actually understanding the content and enjoyed learning.
Professor Harris showed a genuine interest in my success in Pathophysiology from the very first tutoring session. She challenged me with activities that allowed me to apply (application) what I had learned about a disease process in a nursing scenario.
