About Oliviah
I am incredibly passionate about helping others to live a lifestyle of health and well-being. This includes proper nutrition, movement that nourishes the mind and body, supporting one's mental health, and encouraging social connectedness. Life can be overwhelming, but I'm here to help. I look forward to meeting you!
I love getting to know others and helping them to achieve their health and life goals! We each have a unique story to tell and I feel honored to witness these beautiful stories unfold.
I've always wanted to help people and share what I've learned in my own journey in understanding health and wellness. We are all so unique and it's important to get to know yourself, what your body needs, and ways to support your mental health. It's not always easy, but you don't have to do this alone! I would love to help you on this journey.
I hold a Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Wellness, am a certified Professional Life Coach, and a certified Level II Reiki Practitioner.

It's important to first take some time to get to know the student, uncover their goals, and then determine their barriers to change. From there, we will work together to identify ways to overcome these barriers so that a happy and healthy life is within reach. Nutrition plays a major role in our health and well-being, which is why nutrition education will be part of our work together. I look forward to getting to know you!
