About OSCAR
I am here to push my clients past the point that they would normally stop if they were doing these workouts on their own. This brings on the "overload principle" which is what brings on results.

The best workout ever!
Strong motivation, with effect training techniques .I absolutely love working out with Oscar. He continually challenges me so I never feel like I've hit a plateau. He knows how to help you gain strength and muscle while burning fat.
