About Juliana
Your health is personal. I keep this process personal because change occurs when self-trust and confidence is built. I am here as a guidepost time help you navigate through the waters of uncertainty. Health is complex and my methodology brings a level of simplicity and understanding to your approach that yields the best, long-term results.
We are both students of each other. When you stay open to learning about your body the plan to reach your goal is executed with ease.
Making connections, building relationships, and the every aspect of the transformative process are the highlights of my work. I am beyond blessed to have a career that fills my life with joy and fulfillment. I take my role as a coach very seriously and walk the uneven terrain with an open heart and open mind-just as I hope my clients will do the same. When we can dance together the progress to a better, more desirable life is both brilliant and magical.
I began coaching, teaching and mentoring as an undergraduate at ECU. I've worked as a Personal Trainer, Nutriton Coach and Educator, an Assistant Director of school nutrition, non profit health and wellness speaker, and more. Now, I'm creating and honoring my vision of helping others see the truest potential by owning and I'm honoring their health. I dive whole heartedly into the transformative process and love leading, inspiring, and influencing others to take charge of their health and their life.

Every age and background from 14-74 years old. If you have a desire to change and are willing to stay open minded the possibilities and potential within are limitless.
My line of work is extremely personal and it takes getting to know one another to build the a level of foundational trust with one another. Ask questions, stay curious, and don't be afraid to state what you want. Your desires, hopes, wishes all can be laid out in the table. I'm here to support you not judge you. I take my role, impact, and leadership very seriously. Your success is my number one!
