About Coach
Training at MeanVeen Fit Club, you will get workouts tailored exactly to your goals that you want to reach. You also will get nutrition coaching and motivation throughout your package and beyond.
The workouts will always challenge you and push you to the max and out of your comfort zone that will help you reach your goals.
As a Personal Trainer I love helping and seeing my clients reach their goals. I take great pride in making sure that this happens.
I love motivated my clients not only in their workouts, but also with their nutrition and consistency.
Coach Litt has been involved and passionate about fitness for the last 7 years and is a Certified Personal Trainer and former high school varsity basketball/conditioning coach. He coached at the high school level for 15 plus years now. He has served as an Assistant Coach for the boys at Maricopa High School for 8 seasons, girls at Coolidge High School for 2 seasons, and Desert Edge High School for 3 seasons, and 2 years at Tolleson High School.
After finishing his college career Coach Litt went on to play professionally in the ABA, IBL, and in Europe for 5 years.
Coach Litt played college basketball at Paul Quinn College of Dallas Texas, San Bernardino Valley College, and Benedictine University where he finished out his collegiate career.
Coach Litt has been involved with basketball for over 25 years and fitness for 7 years now.
