My intake process includes the following:
1. Introductions (this will let both client and coach know if the services and coaching styles are a good fit for both parties). THE INTRO!
2. Pain points and goals (what are you looking to gain from and through each coaching session!) THE WHY!
3. Length and commitment to the program or regiment (establishing lifestyle commitments - no fast or fad training with any of my techniques or methodologies) THE STRATEGY!
4. I also give each client their own take home packet (download your resources - usually a workbook, and an audio) THE INNER WORK
5. Class with me, Review & Repeat! (Finally join a class with me in person, or virtually. Review tell me what you like, didn't like, and what you are looking forward to. I tweak a few things to your liking and clients will Repeat the class in a following session). THE WORK!
I have worked with everyone from teachers to business owners to pro athletes to lawyers and their children.
My advice to a student looking to hire a teacher would be:
1. Invest in yourself (If you have stumbled on this page... it is not by accident!) Just do it!
2. Be Coachable (I truly believe the teacher will appear when the student is ready to learn and GROW!)
