About Sandy
Each of my personal training sessions are designed around your fitness level and goals. I'm not only your personal trainer during our training sessions but I make myself available to your questions and concerns at anytime.
** Now offering virtual Personal Training Programs. Stay home workout with me via Skype or Google Duo. Still get personalized fitness program and attention. I already have several clients who are training this way and are very satisfied in their results.**

I find out what our fitness goals are, what have you been doing up to this point and if so what has worked or not worked for you. Finding out your lifestyle is important as well. Because your session is based on not only your fitness goals but what you have time to do on your own.
Most of my clients range from age 30 to 70 years of age.
Make sure you are confortable with a trainer and they act as a partner in your journey toward your fitness goals. Make sure the the trainer fits in how you like to be communicate with.
When a client said to me how good they now feel about themselves. More confident and empowered.
