About Natalie
I focus on the whole person through a combination of exercise prescription, customized eating plan, and working on my clients self-steem.
I'm fun, energetic, motivating and a great listener! I'm real good with prescribing creative exercise and eating plans. You'll always enjoy the new workouts and challenges I give you to keep you progressing.
I got started when a fellow Nursing friend said you should get into Personal Training you love Fitness so much and are always eating so healthy! I gave it a shot and never looked back!
I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Went to school for a BSN in Nursing and minored in Nutrition. I originally started in nursing working with quadriplegics, in home health care, psychiatric hospital, and lastly Scripps Encinitas in rehabilitation. That's when I had my aha moment! A nursing colleague of mine said " Natalie you always have all your little snacks packed in your scrubs, eat healthy, and always talking about working out! Why don't you become a Personal Trainer as well!" The rest is history I got my first Personal Training job at Frogs Club One in Encinitas California. I have been involved with Personal Training ever since. I was a Master Trainer and Fitness Director over all trainers at 24 Hour Fitness from Feb 2010- Nov. 2014. I've managed boutique fitness studios such as Anytime Fitness, and Club Pilates. I'm the owner of Frontdoor Fitness Elements since April of 2004 here in AZ serving Phoenix and all surrounding suburbs.

I like to have an initial phone call or Zoom Fitness/ Nutritional consultation and get to know each other a little bit better see what the client is looking for in a trainer? What they expect to get out of the Personal Training sessions and why they need a Personal Trainer? Most imortantly that I'm a good fit for their needs. We all have our specific niche we're really good at!
Weight loss, Diabetes- metabolic change, Seniors, pre-menopausal and menopausal women that have gained weight, and medical exercise/post rehabilitation. I also do pool workouts, and can do swimming lessons.
Make sure the Personal Trainer is Nationally Accredited Certified. Has 5-7 years of experience if your paying $40 dollars and over. If they have expertise, experience with your specific goals and needs you are trying to accomplish during your sessions.

Perfect! She listens about your physical concerns and start from there in order to build your trust with workout.
Perfect! I am 69 years old. My wife and I needed to get in better shape as well as work on strength and balance. We found Natalie and she has become our fitness trainer in our home two days a week. She is very knowledgeable in health and fitness, encouraging and modifies our training according to our needs. This is hard work, but we know we need to do it and Natalie is the perfect person to help us.
Perfect! Natalie has such great energy and enthusiasm it makes those early morning workouts a little easier.
She’s a tough trainer and expects you to work but with her medical background I’m comfortable that she knows just how hard I can push without getting overly sore or injured.
I’m grateful and excited to have found Natalie’s Fitness! It’s only been a couple weeks but results are already showing.Perfect! I feel like she will tailor a program that will help Me and my husband achieve our fitness goals. Very pleased with her enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication.
