About Jon
What makes me stand out is my ability to get anyone motivated, find a love for fitness, and wellness. I teach others how to live a better life and show up for themselves. I'm very understanding and flexible with times. I truly love what I do and seeing other flourish whether it's life or fitness. What got me started was the love of fitness as a gymnast/cheerleader which turned into years of coaching kids and teenagers, then lead me to wanting to teach all ages and help others and share my passion for fitness
