About Coach
Being in the fitness industry for a 10+ years, I focus on not only results, but also mentorship! I believe knowing what caused the problems of an individual to adapt certain eating habit or behavior that contributes towards their unhealthy lifestyle, we can work together to a healthy community. Fitness is my passion, and result is the answer, not how much you pay.

Melvin builds exercise routines unique to the individual. He knows when to push and when to hold back. Even when working out 4 consecutive days with Melvin, I felt energized and never tired as he knew which muscle group to work.
