About Shahr
My way of teaching and years of experience allow me to stand out when providing lessons to my clients. I am caring and very passionate to help others.
I love helping others reach their goals. I have helped many acheive their fitness goals. I am very passionate when it comes to helping others. I have 6 years of experience in creating custom workout plans and meal plans for my clients so they may acheive their goals. I also teach Tennis. I have been playing since 2008. I have taught many from 2.5 and helped them get to 3.5 rated player. I would love to set some time up with you and get you on your way to acheive your goals!
I love the feeling of improvement and become a greater version of myself. Once I started coaching I realized I enjoy the process of helping others as well.

I always start with a free consultation and listen to what the persons goals are. If it's a tennis lesson, I perform a routine assessment of the player by going through some drills and seeing what can be improved upon as well as what the okayer wants to improve on.
I have worked with all ranges of ages. I have tought and trained kids, teenagers, adults in there 20's, 30's and 50 plus.
