About Cooper
Hey guys I'm Christian Beavers a NESTA certified lifestyle weight management and personal trainer at be fit personal training uptown off st. Charles Behind Newman high school that loves to teach people over 35 to become the best they can be by focusing on the long term lifestyle change to lose fat , get stronger , increase flexibility, safely and effectively in a safe and fun way . My clients run anywhere from 19 to 82 total beginner to athlete so love teaching safe effective exercise for all people in a fun and safe environment 😊
Love seeing people happier healthier and stronger and feeling better feeling about their overall health😁
Friend was personal training and started training with him and he suggested I should try this out got certified and he recommended me to his boss and trained for a year under an internship and the started on my own in 2009

Hey guys what I typically found that works best is have the interested client send me a text answering a few questions giving me some basic info age ,height ,approx weight , any physical limitations I need to be aware of , back shoulder knee issues I need to be aware of . And then set up a workout that takes about 45 min where I can get a basic idea of your fitness level , teach you how my technique works and gives them a chance to ask any questions . And first consultation and workout is free
All walks from 19 to 85 yrs. and all fitness levels from total novice to experienced athlete
Be realistic with your goals and focus on the long term and consistently improve and expect huge results in 2 weeks and don't compare yourself with anybody else because everyone is different
Client told me that she couldn't do every day tasks like climbing stairs , getting the groceries out of the car , taking out garbage etc . Now does not even think about it 6 months after she started with me .
