About Maja
Hi! My name is Alexandra (Alexa) and I am a nutritionist and personal fitness trainer that puts all of my efforts into helping people lead a healthy lifestyle with programs that are easy to follow, not tedious, and work with their schedule and budget.
ABOUT ME:
I am a former nurse who is deeply passionate about healthy living and fitness. Throughout my career, I saw firsthand the negative impact that poor nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle can have on a person's health. Witnessing this made me realize that I wanted to do something about it.
This passion has led me to become an advocate for healthy living. I want to spread the message that healthy food can be just as delicious as the unhealthy options that are often marketed to us. I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, and that starts with taking care of our bodies and minds.
In addition to promoting healthy eating habits, I am also a huge fitness enthusiast. I believe that staying active is one of the keys to living a healthy life, both physically and mentally. Whether it's running, weightlifting, or practicing yoga, I love finding ways to challenge my clients to bring out their inner best.
Overall, my goal is to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives. I believe that small steps can lead to big results, and that anyone can start making healthier choices today. If you're ready to take control of your health and start living your best life, I'm here to support and encourage you every step of the way.
